Answering Phones

Scheduling: arranging appointments, conferences, meetings, and travel for company personnel.

Maintain scheduling and event calendars.

Greet callers; handle their inquiries, direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.

Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies

Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters/ emails.

Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.

Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations.

Provide services to customers, such as order placement and account information.

Administers the compensation program (payroll) monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.

Performs monthly, bi-monthly or weekly payroll to employees. (Salary, commissioned, and or hourly)

Develops/ Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.

Assigning background checks and drug screenings.

Conducts recruitment effort; conducts new employee orientations; writes and places advertisements.

Handles employee relations counseling, and exit documentation.

Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedure; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. (if applicable.)

Maintains company organization charts, and employee directory

Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.

Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Administrative Operations

Conduct day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Assist with projects: logistics, procurement, and management.

Encourage open communication between team members, allowing the team to bring forward ideas on how they can collectively deliver a more effective service.

Set and cascade business objectives and targets to the team

Maintaining company calendar.

Create and maintain accurate documentation.

Assist bookkeeper with receipts and other important forms of documentation.
