  • Answering Phones

  • Scheduling: arranging appointments, conferences, meetings, and travel for company personnel.

    • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.

  • Greet callers; handle their inquiries, direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.

  • Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies

  • Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters/ emails.

    • Administers the compensation program (payroll) monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.

    • Performs monthly, bi-monthly or weekly payroll to employees. (Salary, commissioned, and or hourly)

  • Develops/ Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.

  • Assigning background checks and drug screenings.

  • Conducts recruitment effort; conducts new employee orientations; writes and places advertisements.

  • Handles employee relations counseling, and exit documentation.

  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and  procedure; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. (if applicable.)
